About our Guards

Our armed security guards are held to the highest level of standards. All guards possess a minimum of two years security experience and must successfully complete a firearms re-qualification course annually. During the re-qualification course they must demonstrate their knowledge of their legal authority and the limitations of an armed security officer otherwise they are not re-certified. Our armed security guards are trained in the use of firearms and are licensed to carry a weapon. They have a calm demeanor and a thorough understanding of the conditions that surround them in the environment that they will be working in. Additionally, all guards are trained in de-escalation of force by taking a non-violent approach in verbally handling potential violent situations.
