Discuss an assignment

Planning security for an event

Start with guest numbers, venue layout, entry points, operating hours and the duties that must happen at the same time. Guest checks, patrols, backstage access and parking may require separate posts. Agree on communication, incident escalation and coordination with venue staff before confirming the team.

For a labor action or changing situation, share the operating requirements and your main concerns. The assignment scope should define access arrangements, documentation and a clear point of contact.
