Not a directory of guards. A service organization.
GISS International was established to deliver private security with a high degree of personal involvement. Over time, the firm’s work expanded across construction, commercial property, hospitality, finance, education, entertainment, executive protection and international assignments.
The common thread is not the uniform or the location. It is conduct: selecting people carefully, planning around the environment, staying available and taking responsibility for the outcome.
That personal involvement continues through the assignment: clear responsibilities, experienced supervision and a direct line between the client and the people managing coverage.

A career shaped by military service, international operations, real estate and nearly three decades leading GISS.
Olivier has led GISS since 1997, with responsibility for financial operations, public relations and service delivery across New York, New Jersey and international markets. His security background spans armed and unarmed coverage, investigations, consulting and private protection.
Before GISS, he served as president of Locataire, a New York real estate management company focused on import and export clients in Western Europe and Africa.
He graduated from the French military college at St. Maixent and served ten years in the French Foreign Legion. His operational experience includes Ethiopia, Somalia, Djibouti, the Biafran War and the civil war in Chad.
